Mr. Stephen Walden, age 55, of Valley, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.
Mr. Walden was born in Valley, Alabama on July 8, 1960.
He was a member of the Upper Room Church.
Mr. Walden is survived by his wife, Cindy Walden; daughters, Christa (Lanier) Keith, Guam, Karla Sanford, Valley; granddaughter, Lexi Sanford, Valley; mother, Annette Walden, Valley; sister, Beth (Gary) Davis, Valley; special niece, Annie Arrington (Cody) Hooks.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Walden; brother, Andy Walden.
Mr. Walden was a paramedic and had received his degree in nursing to practice as a registered nurse. He was the former EMS Director for the City of Valley. He was a member of the Masons.
Stephen was a very special person who always made people laugh. He was an avid fisherman, a drummer for the Wayfarers, and loved the beach, especially Daytona Beach.
