Stephen James Punda, Jr., 66, a resident of Tallahassee, peacefully passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016, at the Big Bend Hospice House.
A son of the late Stephen James Punda, Sr., and Mary Krukowski Punda, who survives, he was born April 21, 1950, in Riverhead, New York. He is also preceded in death by a brother, David Alan Punda.
He worked at the North Florida Fairgrounds for many years and also enjoyed ringing the bell for the Salvation Army for many years during the Christmas season. A faithful parishioner at St. Louis Catholic Church, he was a 4th degree with the Knights of Columbus.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Joseph Punda and Thomas Punda, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
