Stephen C. Tipner May 22, 1954- February 23, 2017. Steve passed away peacefully in Joliet with his long time love, Cathy Brann, and his friend, Steve Brann, by his side. He was preceded by his parents Carolyn Stemm and Gerald Tipner Sr., as well as his dear brother Gerald Tipner Jr.
Steve is survived by his daughters Allison Feniuk (Jamie) and Ashley Werges (James), grandchildren Austin and Emily, his siblings Deborah Szpila (Craig), Cindy Kusner (Greg), Lynn Stemm, his stepchildren Kimberly Karpavicius, Kerry Oravec, Billy Gerard, and many friends, cousins, nieces, nephews as well as grandchildren.
