Deacon Solomon Walthour Sr., 86, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, February 17, 2019. He was born August 26, 1932. He was one of thirteen children born to Willie Sr. and Anna Wilson Walthour in Riceboro Ga. Eleven siblings preceded him in death. He was joined in holy matrimony to the late Lettie Stewart in 1954. They were blessed with six sons. Three preceded them in death. He leaves to cherish his memory; three sons: Solomon (Michelle) Walthour Jr. of Atlanta Ga, Michael (Linda) Walthour, Riceboro, Ga and Brian Walthour of Hinesville Ga. One brother, Fred Walthour Sr. of Aikens, SC., one brother in law, Charlie Stewart of Atlanta, GA. Six grandchildren, Eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
