Savage Trent Jones, formally known as “Trent” was born March 6, 1986 in Laurel, Mississippi to Shelia Price (Jones) and Willie Pollock.
“Trent” became a resident in Indianapolis, Indiana in May 1991. He attended Charity Dye #27, Shortridge Middle School and Broad Ripple High School.
“Trent” was really obsessed with cooking and was becoming a chef. He loved his former job, Ruth Chris in which he spoke very highly of to everyone at any given time. He would also try to make up his own creations, no matter if they didn’t correlate. “Trent” would literally try to force people to come to his job so that he could cook for you, that’s all he loved to do.
“Trent” was very considerate of anyone, especially family and those whom were close to him. He would give you his last if he thought you needed it, just so you could feel better even though he would be facing his own battles. He was definitely a family man and loved his children, no matter what.
“Trent” was very social and outgoing! He enjoyed having his friends and family around him, keeping him company. It could literally be a Tuesday, “Trent” would still enjoy himself.
“Trent” joined Greater St. John’s COGIC with his mother, Shelia.
“Trent” departed his life on April 19,2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Pollock; grandparents, Mrs. Marian J. Wade, Rev. Mack Ennis Jones, Mrs. Freddie Kelly, Mr. Elmo Pollock; aunt, Teretha Hare and niece, Erin Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Savage Jones Jr.
