Pastor Robert S. Lecce, a dedicated Christian, 85, of Tallahassee, Florida, met his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 14, 2022. A son of Sam Lecce and Opal Lynn Lecce, of blessed memory, he was born in Mattoon, Illinois on March 28, 1936.
He lived most of his life in Ohio, having moved to Tallahassee 21 years ago. He was a fan of the Minnesota Vikings, enjoyed playing Solitaire on the computer and was a true people person, who never met a stranger. He spent 55 years in the Christian Ministry, with 41 of those years as Pastor, serving fifteen churches throughout the United States. After his retirement from the ministry, he and his wife became members of Mosaic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lois Ann Hawes Lecce; daughters, Patty Lake (husband, Howard) and Robin Solari (husband, Mario); five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
