Rexall was born in Forrest City, Arkansas on May 8, 1955 to Clotell Cheers and Thurman Forrst.
Rexall relocated to Killeen, Texas where he served in the United States Army. In 1975, Rexall married Dora Hicks and to this union they had three daughters.
Rexall retired from the Trucking Industry and moved to Indianapolis in 2006 to be closer to his daughters.
He leaves his memory to his daughters, Schcona (Charles) Gaddie, Sherrian (Andre) McGaw, and Stephanie (Allen) Wilson, his mother Clotell Cheers Adams of Palestine, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jerron, Arrine, Elijah, Cameron, and Konye all of Indianapolis; uncles, Sylvester Boones (Champ), aunts Eloise Heslip and Barbara Young along with a host of cousins and many friends.
