Randy Paul Higgins, age 21, the loving son of Patti Fetter Higgins and
Patrick Joseph Higgins, brother of Ronnie Joseph Higgins, passed away
on May 5, 2010 in Hammond Louisiana as a result of an automobile
accident. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Katie Pereia
Fetter and Victor Peter Fetter, and Earline Autin Higgins and Edward
James Higgins. Randy attended Saint Robert Bellarmine grade school in
Arabi and graduated from Archbishop Hannan High School in Meraux where
his senior year, due to the disruptions of Hurricane Katrina, was
at Southeastern Louisiana University at the time of his death. He was
a member of TKE Fraternity and worked at the Jacmel Inn restaurant in
Hammond.
