Ralph Lynwood Greene was the last of 10 children born to Lawrence Greene and Lillian Lewis Greene in Washington, D.C., on September 18, 1944. 

He moved to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1954 and graduated from Shortridge High School before joining the Air Force.

Outside of work, Ralph  loved sporting competitions and was an avid sports fan.  He especially loved basketball and competed in several basketball leagues over the years.  He also enjoyed bowling and participated in many leagues winning several trophies and league tournaments.  

Ralph professed his faith in the Lord at a young age and was a member of St.

Ralph had a creative and artistic flair and could draw very well.  He also loved cars and attended car shows whenever he could.  Ralph took great pride in ensuring every inch of his cars and rims were pristine! Most of all, however, he had a passion for fashion. Ralph stayed dapper wearing the latest styles in clothes and shoes. From formal wear to suits, business outfits to athleisure wear, Ralph always looked good and knew where to find a good bargain! 

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Lorenzo Greene and Lillian Lewis Greene; siblings, Ruth Dawson, June Lambert, and Donald Greene; and son-in-law, Mark H. Davis. 

He is survived by his children Keith Lofton (Wanda), NaTosha Davis and their siblings, Chris Lofton and Tiffany Braud; grandchildren, Amaya Davis, Lexie Grace Lofton, and Josiah Lofton; siblings, Lawrence Alfred Greene, Arthur Frederick Greene, Everett Francis Greene, Phyllis Lillian Wyatt, Ronald Lee Greene, and Rodney Lamont Greene; loving friend, Mary Peete; a host of nieces and nephews, co-workers, and many other family and friends.
