New Britain- Mr. Philip “Butch” Batick, Jr, 64, died on Thursday, July 28, at the Hospital of Central Connecticut.
Although Butch lost most of his mobility as the result of an auto accident at an early age, he remained an avid fisherman. Butch and his father designed a device that attached to a fishing pole and allowed him to fish completely unaided. With the help of family and friend, Butch remained very active. He will be missed.
