Mr. Rosser was born June 3, 1927 in Summerville, GA, the son of the late George Lee Rosser and Bessie White Rosser. He was retired from Mt. Vernon Mills.
Survivors include daughters and husbands, Annette and Mike Salmon, Paulette and Jerry Chitwood; son and wife, Dale and Deborah Rosser; sisters, Josephine Baggett and Hilda Reynolds; 11 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; and special friend, Nola Floyd.
