Paul Daniel Piland, 68, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, April 22, 2018, while surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bainbridge, Georgia on October 1, 1949, he was a son of the late Willie Eugene Piland and the late Susan Marie Strickland Piland. Also preceding him in death are his brothers, Billy Piland, Buster Piland and Rodney Daniels; and brother-in-law, Phillip Barber. He was a Sales Associate at Bass Pro Shops and enjoyed fishing, the beach and spending time with his family and fellowship with friends. Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Jan Piland; children, Jennifer (Jarrett) Turnbull; Amy (Nick) Earley, Patrick (April) Roberts, Chris Roberts and Carrie Roberts; grandchildren, Gretchen Turnbull, Malorie Turnbull, Avery Turnbull, Abigail Earley, Owen Earley and Emma Roberts; and siblings, Beverly Barber and Jackie (Donna) Piland.
