Mr. Carter was born December 22, 1955, in Rome, GA, the son of Jessie Cumming, he was a devout Christian, loved hunting and fishing, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Cumming, a sister, Glenda Luttreal, brothers, Harold Williams, and Andy Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Davis, children, Cassey Robinson, Brien Robinson, sister, Anne Flowler, brother, Homer Williams, 12 grandchildren.
