Michael Wayne Hornbuckle was born January 18, 1963, in Sycamore, Illinois to J. D. Hornbuckle and Sheri Irving Foit. He passed away on August 9, 2016, in Tallahassee. He was a Master Technician with Napleton Infinity of Tallahassee. He loved race cars and drag racing, having won several medals and trophies. He built his own race car and owned and operated Black Dog Racing. He also enjoyed cooking, but most importantly, loved his family.
His is survived by his father, J.D. (Donna) Hornbuckle; mother Sheri Foit; children, Garrett Hornbuckle, Mitchell Hornbuckle and Cheryl Hornbuckle; grandson, Sage Hornbuckle; brother, Mitchell Lee Hornbuckle; as well as many friends that he considered family.
