Michael “Mike” McElreath passed away on August 22, 2017, at the age of 61. He was born November 22, 1955, in Troy, Alabama, to Ralph and Betty McElreath and moved to Panama City, where he grew up and graduated from Bay High School in 1974. In the early 80’s Mike moved to Tallahassee where he spent his adult life. He is survived by his daughters, Kate McElreath of Tallahassee and Samantha Harrell (Chris) of Winder, GA; grandchildren, Olivia and Caroline; brother, Ralph (Julie); niece and nephew, Cari and Chad McElreath (Panama City), as well as many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Betty.
