Michael I. Schwartz passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on March 5, 2018. Michael was the beloved husband of the late Tiffany Schwartz, father to Amy & Marc Schwartz; and, grandfather to Caden and Rhys Schwartz. He was born in New York City, where he attended Horace Mann High School. After moving to Florida, he graduated from the University of Miami Undergraduate and School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1964, representing clients until his recent retirement. He was a successful administrative attorney in Tallahassee and retired as Executive Director of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association in 2016. He loved his family, exercising, cooking, a fine cigar, and an expensive bottle of red wine. Not to forget his love for his many cats!
