Mr. Marcus Ballard, age 73, of Andalusia passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in the Mobile Infirmary Hospital.
Mr. Ballard retired from the City of Andalusia.

Grandchildren: Kala (Brad) Lee, Sandy “Bobo” McVay, Heather (Shawn) Hublar, Allen Ballard, Joseph (Stephanie) Ballard, Chloe Ballard, Patrick Ballard, and Zachary, and nine great grandchildren
Mr. Ballard was preceded in death by his parents Elijah and Grace Sowell Ballard; daughter, Tracy Michelle “Missy” Ballard in 2008; and his wife, Annie Ruth Kennedy Ballard in 2015.
