He is survived by; daughters, Deborah Jones Williams of Clayton, Peyton Jones and Rosalind Cofield (Gary) both of Raleigh; sons, William “Jere” McDaniel (Mary Lee) of Raleigh, James Jones (Delbra) of MD and George “Eddie” Jones of Raleigh; daughter-in-law, Tewana Jones of Raleigh; 8 grandchldren, George Jones Jr., Brian Brooks II, Brittany McDaniel, Malaysia Jones, Mollie Williams, Ashley Jones, Nataya Jones and Mia Cofield and a host of other relatives and friends.
