Mr. Luella L. “Bob” Starcher, 44, passed away in his Elkhart home at 7:27 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, after an extended illness.
He was born June 14, 1967, in Montgomery, W. Va., and was the son of Lucille V. Starcher Simms, who survives him in Elkhart.
Also surviving are a daughter, Kiersten K. Starcher Rinehart of Goshen; a brother, Marvin Starcher of Elkhart; a nephew, Marvin Jeffery of Elkhart; two nieces, Gina and Ashley Jeffery, both of West Virginia; and close family friend Sharon Adams of Elkhart.
Bob worked many years in construction and as a laborer in the local RV industry.
