Father of Celeste Echelard Keller and Adrain Echelard. Grandfather of Daniel Patrick Keller. Brother of Pearl E. Lopes, Ernest Echelard and the late Rosina E. LeBlanc, Armel Echelard and Alvin Echelard. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Retiree from the City of New Orleans Park and Parkway Commission.
