Larry D. Smith, 75, a resident of Tallahassee, and self-employed brick mason for many years, passed away November 11, 2015. A son of the late Jim Smith and Daisy Pate Smith, he was born January 12, 1940, in Thomas County, Georgia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, J. W. and Jody. He was a member of Community Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling throughout the United States. He is survived by his wife, Peggy M. Smith; daughter, Christina Karen Roehl; granddaughter, Jocelyn Marie Roehl; brothers, Charles, Earl, Troy, Max; and a sister, Thelma Hancock.
