Torrington- Mr. Kenneth W. Foley, Sr., 89, formerly of Willow Gardens, died Thursday night, November 4, at Paradigm Healthcare in Torrington. He was the husband of the late Ina A. (Knox) Foley.
Mr. Foley was born November 22, 1920 in Waterbury son of the late James and Emma (Lawlor) Foley. He had been employed at the former Pennfield Saw Co.
He is survived by two sons, William R. Foley of Northfield and Kenneth W. Foley, Jr of FL; one daughter, Sandra Silano of Torrington; two sisters, Ruth Lamontagne and June Borla both of Torrington; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce Galgano.
