Mr. Stephens was born May 19, 1979, in Rome, GA, son of Kenneth Lamar and Hilda Ann Stephens.
Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Talitha Meadows Stephens; sons, Joshua Stephens, Greyson Stephens, Brody Stephens; daughter, Ann (Gage) Bauer; parents, Kenneth L. and Hilda Stephens; a grandson, William Bauer; mother and father-in-law, Rhonda and Michael Gilreath.
