Mr. Kathen Gerald Veal, 73, a resident of LaGrange, GA passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the EAMC Lanier Hospital in Valley, AL.
Mr. Veal was born in Wehadkee, AL on February 14, 1945. He served in the United States Air Force, and was a member of the Riverview Pentecostal Church of God.
Survivors include his children, Amy Messer (Tommy) & Jason Veal (Christy); two sisters, Mary Jewel Smith (Alvin) & Elsie Wilson (Larry); grandchildren, Kevin Messer (Anna), Robbie Knight, Kyle Messer (fiancé, Laci & son, Jace); Tiffany Messer (fiancée, Caleb Boone), Gage Veal, Max Veal, & Emma Veal; great-granddaughter, Avery Messer and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert & Verna Veal; his wife Betty Arrington Veal and his daughter, Deah Knight.
