John D. Quinsey, 60, passed away March 4, 2016 in Tallahassee. A son of Phares and Jeannie Courson Quinsey, he was born September 13, 1955, in Quincy, Florida. He was a mechanic technician and enjoyed fishing, gardening and animals, especially dogs. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his children, Christina (Doug) Sampson, Matthew (Karana) Quinsey, and Kim (Scott) Harper; grandchildren, Jacob, Colin, and Gage; siblings, Debbie (Edward) Baxter, Teresa (Tommy) Beasley, and Roger (Mary) Quinsey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces. He was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Quinsey-Brock.
