Mr. Galloway was born November 22, 1940, son of the late Samuel Erby Galloway and Clara Belle Allen Galloway.
Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nena Young Galloway; a son, James H. Galloway, Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Donald Arnold; a granddaughter, Amy Galloway; and several nieces and nephews.
