James H. Hutto, Sr., 70, of Tallahassee, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, while surrounded by his loving family. A son of the late James Homer Hutto and the late Martha Kelly Hutto, he was born in Donalsonville, Georgia on August 7, 1948. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and later was an electrician. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Life of Christ Church in Woodville.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Cora Lee Johnson Hutto; children, James Hutto, Jr. (wife, Martie) and Christell Wood (husband, Darren); grandchildren, Casey Kimbrell (husband, Travis), Summer Hutto, Kayla Lynch (husband, Dustin), Kristen Hutto and Travis Hutto; great-grandchildren, Devin Wood, Wyatt Wood and Paisley Lynch; siblings, Martha Ann Johnson, Hazel Diane Hutto, Stanley Hutto, Luckie Hutto and Kevin Hutto. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
