James Bryan Morton of Clio, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 29th at his home. He was 91.
Mr. Morton was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Marie Morton of New Bern, N.C., and the love of his life, Sara B. Morton of Clio, Alabama, brother Albert Morton of
New Bern, sister Joyce Johnson of Cape Carter, N.C. He is survived by his brother Dalton Morton of Rhems, N.C., sister Exie Gullion of Morehead City, N.C., and special nephew Leonard Johnson of Cape Carter, N.C. and a host of other nieces and nephews. He retired as a MetLife Insurance agent and had a true passion for helping others. He loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed the outdoors. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. A true southern gentleman and loving husband.
