He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Phyllis Chalmers (Larry), Dana Monroe of Sanford, NC; eight sons: Terry Lee (Jacquelyn) of Texarkana, TX, Perry Lee (Sheryl), Carlton Andre Lee, James Bernard Lee, Christopher Lee, Douglas Wayne Lee (Georgia), Robert Lee (Tonya) and Charles Lee all of Sanford, NC and a granddaughter whom he raised Tonya Jackson-Johnson (Dante) of Holly Springs, NC,; one brother Curtis Lee of Sanford, NC and three sisters Lois Rice and Doretha Mclean both of Sanford, NC and Josephine Howze of Schenectady, NY, eighteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
