Jackie “Jack” Maurice Hopper, 90, of Tallahassee, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at St. Augustine Plantation. He was born in Garden City, Kansas, to the late Francis George and Pearl Sunshine Welsh Hopper, on August 19, 1929. Also preceding him in death is his wife, Mary Ann Reitz Hopper.
He served in the United States Army and as an educator for the Florida Department of Education for many years.
