Fredrick Pasco Ley, Jr., 88, of Tallahassee, passed away April 1, 2016. The only son of Fredrick P. Ley, Sr. and Dorothy Baldwin Ley, of blessed memory, he was born March 11, 1928, in Cocoa Beach. He graduated Leon High School in 1946, and was in the first graduating class of Landscape Architects from the University of Florida. During his career with the US Parks Service, he worked throughout the United States. He is survived by many friends.
