Mr. Potter was born in Waterbury on April 14, 1932 son of the late Howard F. Potter and Evelyn (Atwood) Potter of Watertown. He was a 1950 graduate of Watertown High School.
Mr. Potter was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the United States Air Force, and after discharge served in the Army National Guard. Mr.
