Fermin Louis D’Souza, 53, of Tallahassee, passed away May 20, 2016, in Niceville, Florida.
A son of Cleo F. D’Souza, who survives, and Carlota L. D’Souza, of blessed memory, he was born March 28, 1963, in Nakuru, Kenya. In addition to his father, he is survived by a brother, Peter F. DeSouza.
He graduated from FAMU School of Engineering in 1986, and was employed by Eglin Air Force Base.
