Mr. Edward “Skippy” DiCosmo, age 78, of Milford, passed away on Wednesday August 4, 2010 at Lord Chamberlain Health Care in Stratford
Son of the late Patsy and Josephine Pavone DiCosmo, he was born on May 25, 1932 in Bridgeport. Edward served with pride and honor in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired in 1987 from Textron Lycoming in Stratford.
Skippy is survived by his daughter Shay O’Brien of Killingworth and three grandchildren, TJ Aceto of Milford, Brianne and Shaina Rowley of Killingworth. A brother, Dr. Bruno DiCosmo and his wife Mary of New Canaan. A sister in law, Filomena DiCosmo of Milford. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Edward was predeceased by a sister and three brothers; Mary DiMeglio, Floyd, Robert and Balboa DiCosmo.
