Earl is survived by two devoted sons, Johnathan Hayes Weaver and wife Robin of Richmond, Virginia; and Earl Monroe Geer of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; one sister, Levada McCauley of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; two brothers, Willis Geer and wife Audrey of Orlando, Florida and Major Geer and wife Betty of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Bradley Hackney and Justin Weaver, Amber Geer, Erica Geer and Alex Geer, and two great grandchildren, Kiana Hackney and Aiden Geer and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
