Donnie Wayne Hicks, 63, of Havana, suddenly passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, in Hammond, Louisiana. Born October 7, 1954, in Panama City, Florida, he was a son of the late Oliver Wayne Hicks and Lydia Louise Cloud Hicks, who survives. He owned and operated an insurance agency, and loved his family, traveling, working in his yard and grilling. But most importantly, he was a devout Christian and fisher of men, spreading the Gospel every chance he had. He is survived by his wife, Lynley Lind Hicks; children, Jared (Rachel) Hicks, Susanna Hicks, Brandon (Morgan) Fitch, Denver (Patti) Fitch, Jordin Hicks, Tanner Hicks, Cooper Hicks, Dalton Hicks and Chandler Hicks; grandchildren, Katelyn Hicks and Brandon Walker; siblings, Drexell (Jimmy) Carter and Pamela (Daniel) Foister; as well as eleven nieces and nephews.
