Plainville- Mr. Donald R. Lister, 75, formerly of Waterbury died Friday, April 23, 2010 at New Britain General Hospital. He was the husband of Colleen (Coughlin) Lister.
Mr. Lister was born May 5, 1934 in Waterbury son of the late Roy and Hattie (Leas) Lister.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Kevin Lister of Kentucky, Brian Lister and his wife Laurie of Plainville and Robert Lister and his wife Linda of Prospect: two daughters, Margaret Lister of New Haven and Heather Gelinas and her husband Robert of Plainville; one sister, Dorothy Wentz of IN; ten grandchildren, Brittany Abdullah, Patrick Lister, Siobhan Lister, Lynleigh Lister, Brian Lister, Corey Lister, Ciara Lister, Caitlin Lister, Timothy Lister and Taylor Gelinas; two great grandchildren, Kayden Lister and Logan Lister, nephew Christopher Coughlin and niece Dawn Coughlin. He was predeceased by his daughter, Colleen Lister, two brothers, Gilbert and James Lister and one sister, Ruth Norman.
