David French, 82, of Tallahassee, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020, at Heritage HealthCare.
He was born in Auburn, New York on August 20, 1937, to the Harry and Milda Jordan French. He served in the National Guard, was a printer by profession and enjoyed fishing, telling jokes and never met a stranger. He was also a member at Lake Jackson Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Lee French; grandchildren, Amanda (Robert) Will, Brandi (Carlos) Ray and Nicholas (Amy) Shepherd; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Shepherd, Natalie Shepherd, Diesel Shepherd, Damien Shepherd, Arianna Shepherd, Aubree Ray and Aleah Ray; sister, Linda Stockton; step-daughter, Debbie Purvines; and step-grandchildren, Joni (Jamie) Freeman, Hunter Freeman, Walker Freeman, Keaton Ty Purvines and family and Stephanie Carlson
