A son of Cyril and Mathilde Wallace Baldwin, of blessed memory, he was born January 10, 1920, in Arcadia, Florida. He had retired from the State of Florida, Office of Comptroller, as a Senior Master Auditor.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie Baldwin; children, Cyril H. Baldwin, Jr., Sylvia Mathilde Stanley, and Linda Metts. His siblings, Paul Baldwin, Dorothy Ley, and Virginia Baldwin, preceded him in death.
