Mr. Clifford David “Nick” Stoner, age 83, of Lyerly, GA, died Thursday, July 2, 2020, at his residence.
Mr. Stoner was born July 29, 1936, in Lyerly, GA, son of the late James T. and Elsie Powell Ragland. He was Baptist by faith, and prior to his retirement, owned and operated Ragland Oil and Tire.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Stoner was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph H. Potter and William “Bill” Potter.
Mr. Stoner is survived by his wife, Mary McCrickard Stoner; daughters, Kristy Stoner Brown and Julie Stoner Schill; a brother, James T. “Jim” Ragland, Jr.; sisters, Margaret Jean Wyrick; and grandchildren, Chase Brown, William Knutson, Lily Knutson, and Poppy Schill.
