CLINTON a” Mr. Clarence Jacobs, 59, of 409 Isaac Weeks Road, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at the Carver Living Center in Durham. Mr. Jacobs was born in 1953 in Sampson County to the late James Stanley Jacobs.
A homegoing service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Garland Mayes officiating, Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery.
Mr. Jacobs is survived by his mother, Dorothy Owens Jacobs Rich (Eddie) of Clinton; sisters, Frances Jacobs of Durham and Pamela Joanne Henry of Long Island, N.Y.; and a brother, James Jacobs of Williamsburg, Va. The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery and other times at the home, 409 Isaac Weeks Road.
