Carol Dean Milam, 76, of Tallahassee, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016. A son of the late George Wiley and Elma Willis Milam, he was born June 21, 1940, in Ellington, Georgia. Also preceding him in death are siblings, Alice Stanley, Louise Wiley and Buddy Milam. He was a salesman, and enjoyed gardening and working in his yard. For the past ten years, he has been caretaker of his wife of 55 years, Frances Byrd Milam. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Ricky (Wendy) Milam and Trevor (Terry) Milam; grandchildren, Derick Milam, Jessica Milam and Brandi Milam; siblings, George (Ola) Milam, Paul (Pat) Milam and Wynell Williams.
