Mr. Carl Thomas (Tommy) Earp 67 of 710 College Street died Monday January 21, 2013 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Tommy was born in 1945 in Wake County to late Jack and Lucille Stephenson Earp, and was Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S Army at Ft. Bragg. Retired after 28 years from North Carolina Department of Transportation as Supervisor over Highway Maintenance and was number one N.C. State Wolf Pack Fan also love to Beach Music and Shagging, He was Preceded in death by a Brother Waddell Earp.
