Brandon Willard Skipper, 68, passed away April 7, 2017. A native of Tallahassee, he was born to the late Jesse Willard and Evelyn Dorothy McDonald Skipper. He retired from General Electric and loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Ian Miller; brother, James Skipper; sister, Barbara Skipper; and two grandchildren, Austin and Madison Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie and a daughter, Brandi.
