Bobby Ray Sheffield, 79, of Tallahassee, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020, at his residence.
Born in Cedar Springs, Georgia on March 17, 1941, he was a son of the late George A. and Nancy Mavis Hays Sheffield. He was a transmission mechanic at Florida Transmission for 50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Lynn Woodard Sheffield; children, Stacie Loray Sheffield and Christopher “Chip” Parks Sheffield; siblings, George A. Sheffield, Jr. (wife, Virginia) and Kathy Gordon (husband, Curt); several nieces and nephews; and true and trusted friends, Tommy and Linda Skipper.
