Mr. Dover was born July 14, 1953, in LaFayette, GA, son of the late Bill Echols Dover and Gladys Harris Dover. He was of the Baptist faith and was a landscaper by trade.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Christy Dover; sister, Sheila Brannon; and brothers, Robert Dover and Danny Dover.
Survivors include his wife, Sybil Ballinger Dover; daughter, Brandy Storey; step-son, William “Billy” Ballinger; granddaughter, Byrina Womack; and great-granddaughter, Alaya Hendrix; step-grandchildren, Ryan Storey, Jonothon Storey, and Rachel Storey.
