William Henry “Bill” Brady, Jr., 77, of Tallahassee, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. A son of the late William Henry and Irene Laing Brady, Bill was born July 12, 1939, in Havana, Florida. Also preceding him in death is a granddaughter, Becca Brady. He served in the US Armed Forces and retired after 30 years of service with the Tallahassee Fire Department as Deputy Chief. He was a member of Thomasville Road Baptist Church and was an avid golfer and devoted family man. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Faye S. Brady; children, Cindy (Shane) Walters, Jerome Brady, and Hank (Cheryl) Brady; grandchildren, Brittney Craig, Lacey Brady, Matthew Walters, Sarah Simoneau, and Jeffrey Brady; great-grandchild, Shelby Simoneau; and siblings, Rachel (Herbert) Allen and Bob (Joyce) Brady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as Sprig, his granddog.
