Mr. Antonio P. Escalante (Toni/Lumpy) passed away Friday July 8,2022.
Mr. Antonio (Toni) was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 77 years.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Olegario Antonio Escalante (Susie Lee William); son, Theopolis Hollomon; brothers; George, Rickey, and Roosevelt Escalante; and nephew, George R. Escalante Jr.
He leaves to cherish many fond memories with: his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Virginia; his children, Antionette Escalante, Mercedes White (Carlton), Nelson Hollomon (Katrina), and Azia Escalante; grandchildren, Louis, Ebony, Zana, Tevin Sr. (Catherine), Theopolis Jr. (Stacee), Corea, Ariana, Amal, Kamica, and Carlton Jr. (Saquana); great grandchildren, McKenzie Shay, Layla, Jeremiah, Jacoby Anaya, Anyla ,Ella, Elighjah, Giovanni, unborn Julian, Jaleah, Ameyah, Tevin Jr., Alexander, DaKota, and Theopolis III; brothers, Frank Escalante(Rita), Willie Escalante(Joy), and Joseph Escalante (Tanya); sister-in- laws, Kathy Escalante, Mary Escalante, Julia Glover, and Paulette Wanser, and Gloria Escalante; cousin, Jodie Hines; special friend, Larry Murphy; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates ,co- workers and extended family and friends.
