Mr. Aaron Dorsett age 91 of 270 Dorsett Road of Sanford, NC passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Central Carolina Hospital.
He was preceded in death by two cherished sisters, Nettie Dorsett Harrington and Clatie Dorsett Williams and a beloved great grandson, Aaron Jamel McLean.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mrs. Pauline Lambert Dorsett of the home; his children, Eva Roenia Cox, Oarn Dorsett (Hester), Barbra Jean Swann, William “WC” Dorsett (Helen), and Bettie McLean (Johnny); special adopted daughters, Gwendolyn Faye Dorsett, Linda “Pumpkin” Rice and April Garner; a goddaughter, Tracey Roberts Jeter; fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, 18 great great grandchildren and one sister-in-law, Omelia Lambert Evans and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
