Mose McReynolds Jr., better known to family and friends as “Bo,” was a native and resident of Jackson. “Bo” made his earthly transition on Thursday, March 3, 2022 while at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. He was born to Arcola Jackson McReynolds and Mose McReynolds Sr. Bo had worked at the sawmill; he was an avid Alabama fan, and loved to watch the Tide.
Bo was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Minnie Lee Coleman James; daughter, Latrese James; son, Kwaurence LaQuint James; grandson, Anfernee Yelder; and sisters, Warnell McReynolds, Tammy McReynolds and Betty Faye McReynolds Sanders.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Lamoslyn James, Edward (Sherrita) James, Ereca James and Ulanda James, all of Jackson; brothers, L.C. (Bobbie) McReynolds of Statesboro, Ga., Johnny (Helen) McReynolds of Fayetteville, N.C., and Anthony (Stephanie) McReynolds of Jackson; four sisters, Dorothy McReynolds of Jackson, Arnell and Mary Nell McReynolds, both of Brooklyn, NY. and Amelia Harrison Craig of Birmingham; one uncle, John (Ola) Jackson of Thomasville; two aunts, Naomi Jackson and Zeola Lois Madison, both of Thomasville; 15 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
